Inspiring Tango reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or interrupt the service and/or any services on the portal at any time without prior notice. Inspiring Tango does not guarantee the availability, access, or continuity of the portal and its services. Additionally, Inspiring Tango is not responsible for damages caused to the user due to unavailability, access failures, or interruptions in the portal and its services. Graphic material or any other type of content that is part of the courses, classes, retreats, sessions, webinars, etc., organized by Inspiring Tango and provided through any medium such as the website, email, third-party platforms, etc. Graphic or any other type of material captured during the courses, classes, retreats, sessions, webinars, etc., provided in person or online. Regardless of the intended purpose, the capture, reproduction (in whole or in part), use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization of such materials requires prior written authorization from Inspiring Tango. Any unauthorized use will be considered a serious infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author. Designs, logos, text, and/or graphics from third parties that may appear on the website are owned by their respective owners, who are responsible for any controversies that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has authorization from them. The graphic material captured during courses, workshops, retreats, or classes (either in-person or online) may be used in any form deemed appropriate by Inspiring Tango, including for marketing or promotion purposes on social media, the company’s website, etc. By accepting these terms and conditions, students grant full permission for the recording and publication of such material. Inspiring Tango is not responsible for the use of graphic material captured by students or teachers. Materials that are part of any course, class, or workshop, including but not limited to manuals, the overall design of the Inspiring Tango website, logos, trademarks, and website content, are the property of Inspiring Tango. Recording and/or sharing this information with third parties and/or using it for profit is strictly prohibited without the express prior consent of Inspiring Tango. Data Protection:
In accordance with current data protection regulations, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the data processing system owned by Inspiring Tango for the purpose of managing courses, including managing, processing, payment of activities, and promotion. E-Commerce:
Inspiring Tango does not guarantee a spot in any of our training events until 100% of the deposit has been received and the reservation communicated to the student. Inspiring Tango has full authority to offer discounts and payment facilities at any time to any student, group, or organization. This does not imply that other students will have access to the same discounts and conditions. Inspiring Tango does not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by force majeure events such as communication interruptions, wars, airport closures, civil unrest, natural disasters, accidents, or any other events beyond our control. This includes injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions of students developed during or after the course, as well as the loss or damage to personal property during training and stays at the center. In the unlikely event that Inspiring Tango cancels the training, 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative training course at another location or date will be offered. When a student cancels their enrollment for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
Injuries or Illnesses Before, During, or After Training:
By participating in in-person or online activities, students accept full responsibility and assume any risk of injury, including physical discomfort, which may occur during the programs or as a result of participation. Inspiring Tango does not accept any liability for injuries or illnesses that occur to students during training, workshops, retreats, or classes within or outside the premises. Students are responsible for consulting a doctor before and regarding their participation in Inspiring Tango Events and accept that Inspiring Tango has no medical obligation or responsibility toward the students. Gathering information about students' medical or health conditions does not imply assuming any responsibility.
Changes to Our Policy:
Inspiring Tango reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this website.
Program Changes:
Inspiring Tango reserves the right to alter the programs or curricula without notification.
